Started this diet Day 1: 81 kg Day 2: 80.5 kg Day 3: 80 kg Day 4: 79.6 kg Day 5: 79 kg Day 6: 78.7 Day 7: 79 kg (cheated) I think this diet hasn’t been that beneficial for me as its for others in the comments but still going to start this again from tomorrow for 7 days

Hi vicky! Last 3-4 days noticed a gap on middle upper teeth . Suddenly yesterday could see some black line visible on down front 2-3teeth. I am always concerned about hygiene, always mindful of washing hands million times a day , brushing 2 times or in nyt atleast I rinse mouth before bed. I just came to know about gum recession and I remembered few days back I had a small swelling in gum on one of the teeth but it went off the next day after I rinse with salt water.. I am totally worried ..losing teeth would b a nightmare to me.. I am 33 .. How can I stop this and reverse ? Please help!!
